- Blank, unused goods may be returned less shipping costs. A 30% restocking fee may be deducted from your order refund.
- If the printing or product arrives damaged, Custom Earth Promos may request to inspect the goods before considering a refund.
- Additional shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
- In-Stock Orders: Customers cannot cancel an order once the product has been printed.
- Overseas Orders: Customers cannot cancel an order once a payment or purchase order has been received.
- Please note that in-stock orders may take 1-2 months to reprint, whereas overseas orders may take several months.
- The time frame of overseas order reprinting will depend on the production schedule of the factory, as well as several other variables.
How Do I Initiate a Refund?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and describe, in detail, the reason for return. Please be sure to include your company name and estimate or invoice number in your email. We will review your return request and provide instructions accordingly. You will receive a response within two business days.
How Are Refunds Issued?
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Payments made with credit cards will be refunded to the original credit card. You should receive a refund within 7-10 business days.
