The material has a slightly textured feel that makes it look more “outdoorsy” than a typical promo item. Our embroidery-style logo (printed) still looks detailed, even on small text. The padded straps sit comfortably and the back panel has enough cushion to make it feel legit. Shipping boxes arrived clean and everything was consistent across the batch.

The overall look is clean and modern, not overly “promo.” Our branding came out bold and the edges are sharp. I like the simple layout-one big compartment and an easy front pocket, nothing fussy. We tested loading it up to around 20 lbs and it still carried comfortably.
