At Custom Earth Promos, we pride ourselves on shipping quickly while also helping our clients stay within budget. Our team works closely with trusted carriers to provide reliable delivery timelines and cost-effective shipping options for every order.

Order Processing and Production

After an order is placed, we provide a final proof for approval prior to mass production. The proof allows you to confirm artwork layout, imprint placement, and overall design accuracy before production begins.

Rush orders may waive final proof approval in order to begin production immediately and reduce turnaround time.

Once the proof is approved or waived, we begin mass production. Production timelines vary depending on product type, order size, customization requirements, and production method.

Estimated Ship Dates

Clients ordering via our in-stock production are typically provided with an estimated ship date within 48 hours of final proof approval.

Clients ordering via overseas production are provided with an estimated ship date once that information becomes available from the factory. Overseas production timelines may vary depending on factory scheduling and material availability.

Please note that estimated ship dates reflect when the order is expected to leave the production facility and do not include carrier transit time.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with UPS, FedEx, as well as other freight companies for larger or heavier orders. Carrier selection is based on factors such as package size, destination, timeline, and cost efficiency. Our goal is to provide dependable delivery options that balance speed and affordability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated using current carrier and fuel rates. Because orders ship after production is completed, freight-related costs may occasionally change due to factors outside our control, such as changes in fuel prices or global shipping conditions. In the uncommon event of a significant increase prior to shipment, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding and, when possible, provide alternative shipping options. Cost-effective alternatives may result in longer transit times.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or carrier adjustment fees. Any additional charges resulting from address corrections are the responsibility of the customer.
