Mask and Hand Sanitizer Refund/Cancellation Policy:
- To avoid cross-contamination of returned merchandise, Custom Earth Promos will not accept any returns or cancellations until further notice.
- Due to the current environment of PPE products, pricing is changing rapidly. Once orders are placed the sale price is final. We are unable to adjust any prices after your order has been placed.
- If the printing or product arrives damaged, Custom Earth Promos may request to inspect the goods before considering a refund. Once goods are received, you must notify us within 14 days of any problems.
- Additional shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
Reusable Bags Refund/Cancellation Policy:
- In-Stock Orders: Customers cannot cancel an order once the product has been printed.
- Blank Orders: May be returned within 30 days less a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the return shipping expense.
- Overseas Orders: Customers cannot cancel an order once a payment or purchase order has been received.
- Please note that in-stock orders may take 1-2 weeks to reprint, whereas overseas orders may take several months.
- The time frame of overseas order reprinting will depend on the production schedule of the factory, as well as several other variables.
How Do I Initiate a Refund?
Please email email@example.com and describe, in detail, the reason for return. Please be sure to include your company name and estimate or invoice number in your email. We will review your return request and provide instructions accordingly. You will receive a response within two business days.
How Are Refunds Issued?
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Payments made with credit cards will be refunded to the original credit card. You should receive a refund within 7-10 business days.
