Refund/Cancellation Policy For Printed Products:
- In-Stock Orders: Customers cannot cancel an order once the product has been printed.
- Overseas Orders: Customers cannot cancel an order once a payment or purchase order has been received.
What Can I Return?
- You may return new, undecorated, unopened items sold by Custom Earth Promos within 180 days of delivery for a refund less a 30% restocking fee.
What if My Order Delivers After the Expected Delivery Date?
- We work hard to ensure all orders are delivered on schedule. However, certain events—such as Acts of God (including but not limited to fires, storms, floods, or earthquakes), circumstances beyond anyone’s control (such as civil unrest, labor strikes, port congestion, or customs delays), or technical malfunctions affecting transportation—may impact our ability to meet an estimated delivery date.
- Because all of our products are custom printed and cannot be unprinted or restocked, we are unable to accept returns on custom items. In addition, delays caused by these types of events do not qualify for discounts, refunds, or compensation.
- We appreciate your understanding and are always here to help guide your order to the finish line as smoothly as possible.
Does Custom Earth Promos Offer Replacements?
- Yes, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will ship you a replacement of the exact item. Notifications must be received in writing within 180 days of delivery.
- Please note that in-stock orders may take 1-2 weeks to reprint, whereas overseas orders may take several months.
- The time frame of overseas order reprinting will depend on the production schedule of the factory, as well as several other variables.
How Do I Initiate a Refund?
Please email admin@customearthpromos.com and describe, in detail, the reason for return. Please be sure to include your company name and estimate or invoice number in your email. We will review your return request and provide instructions accordingly. You will receive a response within two business days.
How Are Refunds Issued?
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Payments made with credit cards will be refunded to the original credit card. You should receive a refund within 7-10 business days.
