Privacy

We use your information only to provide, customize, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Customer information may be shared only with trusted service providers directly involved in fulfilling your order, and those parties are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose. Changes to Website

Custom Earth Promos reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or remove any products, services, content, or policies on this website at any time without prior notice.

Payment Terms

Payment

All pricing on our website is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. By submitting an order, the customer agrees to pay all charges associated with the order, including product costs, taxes, shipping charges, and any applicable fees according to the invoice provided.

In-Stock Orders

Full payment is required at the time an in-stock order is placed. Orders for printed products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Overseas Orders

A minimum 50% deposit is required at the time an overseas order is placed. The remaining balance is due once the goods arrive at the U.S. port prior to final delivery. Storage fees may apply if payment is not completed when goods are ready to ship. Overseas orders cannot be cancelled or reduced in quantity once payment or a purchase order has been received.

Special Payment Terms

Special payment terms may be available on a case-by-case basis. Any special payment arrangements must be requested and approved in writing prior to placing an order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to orders shipping to states where Custom Earth Promos is required to collect tax. Tax-exempt organizations must provide a valid tax exemption certificate prior to placing an order in order to receive tax-exempt pricing. Certificates may be emailed to info@customearthpromos.com.

Payment Methods

Payments must be made using an approved payment method, including but not limited to credit card, debit card, ACH, wire transfer, or check. Online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers to help ensure transaction security.

Orders, Returns & Refunds

Returns

Blank (non-printed) products may be returned within 30 days of delivery and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Printed or customized products are not eligible for return. Customers who experience an issue with a printed order may contact Custom Earth Promos to request a review for possible reprint or refund consideration.

Order Accuracy and Proof Approval

Before placing an order, customers receive an estimate listing the SKU number, product color, product size, and other specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the estimate and confirm that all details are correct before proceeding.

If an order is placed using incorrect information that was clearly shown on the estimate, we are unable to offer discounts, returns, or refunds based on those approved details.

Most printed orders include a final proof prior to production. Customers must carefully review the proof and any included disclaimers. Approval of the proof confirms that all product specifications and artwork details are accurate. Orders approved with incorrect details are not eligible for discounts, returns, or refunds once production has begun.

Reprints

Reprint timelines vary depending on the production method. In-stock reprints typically take approximately 1–2 weeks. Overseas reprints may take longer due to factory scheduling and international production timelines.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase by emailing admin@customearthpromos.com. Requests should include the company name, invoice or estimate number, description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 2 business days. If approved, refund instructions will be provided via email. Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible and typically process within 7–10 business days.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted artwork files, including layout, spelling, colors, and design elements. Custom Earth Promos reviews artwork prior to production; however, final responsibility for accuracy remains with the customer.

A final proof will be provided for approval prior to production unless waived for rush orders. Once a proof is approved or waived, changes may not be possible.

Copyrighted or Protected Artwork

Customers assume all responsibility for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any submitted artwork, logos, or images. Unauthorized use of copyrighted or protected material may result in legal claims.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Earth Promos, Inc., its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal expenses resulting from the use of artwork or intellectual property provided by the customer.

Production & Shipping

Production Times

Estimated production times published on the website are subject to change. Custom Earth Promos reserves the right to adjust timelines based on order size, imprint complexity, material availability, or other production factors. Customers will be notified promptly if any changes affect their order timeline.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, as well as other freight companies for larger orders. In-stock orders will be provided with an estimated ship date within 48 hours of final proof approval. Customers ordering overseas production will be provided with an estimated ship date once that information becomes available from the factory.

Shipping costs are calculated using current carrier and fuel rates. Because orders ship after production is completed, freight-related costs may occasionally change due to factors outside our control, including changes in fuel prices or global shipping conditions. In the uncommon event of a significant increase prior to shipment, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding and, when possible, provide alternative shipping options. Please note that more cost-effective alternatives may result in longer transit times.

Communication

Email Communication

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and monitoring communications related to their order. Custom Earth Promos is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect contact information or failure to respond to time-sensitive communications.
