Respecting Your Privacy
All pricing on our website is in US Dollars ($) unless stated otherwise. Upon submitting an order to purchase products from Custom Earth Promos, the visitor becomes a user to the site and agrees to pay by their pre-approved payment method all charges and fees involved with the order, taxes, and shipping as per their invoice.
Clients are required to pay for the entire balance of their invoice upon placing their order. Customers cannot cancel an order once the product has been printed.
Clients are required to pay a minimum of 50% of their balance as a deposit at the time of placing their order. The remaining balance payment is required when the product arrives at the US port prior to delivery. Storage fees may apply if payment is not satisfied in full once the goods are ready to ship. Customers cannot cancel an order or reduce the order quantity once a payment or purchase order has been received.
Special Payment Terms
Custom Earth Promos may offer special payment terms on a case-by-case basis depending upon our client’s needs. For special payment terms, a request must be made and approved in writing prior to placing your order.
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipping to states where Custom Earth Promos is required to pay sales tax.
Pricing excluding tax will only be provided to organizations that are tax-exempt upon receiving their tax exemption certificate by email to email@example.com.
Payment for any request to purchase products from Custom Earth Promos must be submitted via a pre-approved and agreed upon payment method including, but not limited to, credit card, debit card, check, ACH and wire transfer. All online payments are made through a trusted party and are encrypted for customer payment security.
Returns, Reprints & Refunds
Blank orders only are entitled to a return period of 30 days. Refunds for returned blank orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee deduction. The customer is responsible for any return shipping expenses.
Printed orders are not eligible for returns. If the customer is dissatisfied with their order, they may contact Custom Earth Promos with a refund or reprint request.
In-stock orders may take 1-2 weeks for reprinting, whereas overseas orders may take several months to reprint. The timeframe for reprinting overseas orders is subject to change due to variables including, but not limited to, factory production schedule.
Customers requesting a refund must submit the request in writing within 30 days of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org with an in-detail description of the reason for the refund request and associated evidence where possible. Customers must include their company name, alongside their estimate or invoice number in their email.
Custom Earth Promos will respond to emails regarding refund requests within 2 business days. All refund requests will be reviewed and, if approved, instructions for receiving the refund will be provided to the customer via email.
The method of refund is dependent on the payment method used at the time of purchase e.g., payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. Refunds should be received by the customer within 7-10 business days.
Custom Earth Promos will review all submitted artwork prior to printing, however, the customer retains 100% responsibility for the accuracy of artwork files submitted upon ordering. The customer should review their artwork’s layout, imagery and copy prior to placing an order. A final proof will be sent for approval to all customers following purchase, at which time any issues should be raised to Custom Earth Promos.
If the customer requires assistance with their artwork, they should contact Custom Earth Promos with their inquiry prior to placing an order. Rush orders may waive the final proofing stage for faster delivery. There is no guarantee that an order will be amendable following approval or waiving of the final proof.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, as well as other freight companies for larger orders. In-stock orders will be provided with an estimated shipping date within 48 hours of final proof approval. Customers ordering overseas production will be provided with an estimated shipping date when that information becomes available from the factory. Custom Earth Promos reserves the right to adjust estimated production times that are published on this website, with prompt notification of any changes to the customer. Orders available for rush production may be affected by large quantities, multiple imprint colors, or other special circumstances.
Custom Earth Promos does not accept any responsibility for communication issues caused by an incorrect email address being provided by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, problems with orders caused by non-receipt of email communication and delays in responding to information requests.
Changes to Website
Custom Earth Promos reserves the right, for any reason, to change, edit, or delete this website. No notice is required to discontinue, suspend, delete or edit any products, services, information or other content appearing on the website.
