The stylus is soft enough to use on a phone without leaving marks, and it responds better than I expected. Our branding looks glossy and even, especially on the flat side of the barrel. The clip is stronger than most promo pens we’ve ordered and it grips notebook covers well. Packaging was tidy, and nothing arrived scratched.
