These have a good weight in hand and don’t feel cheap. We ran a small office test and the mugs look the same after a few careful washes.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the matte finish looks on a conference table. Our branding is bold and readable, and the ink coverage is even on every piece I checked. I ran one through the microwave in the kitchen and it handled it without any issues. The glossy interior wipes out easily after tea, which is a plus. Nice upgrade from the basic giveaways we’ve done before.

We went with a simple one-color logo and it came out really sharp. The mugs have a nice weight and the base detail makes them look a bit more premium than a plain cylinder. The care note about hand washing was included, so no surprises there. The matte surface does show if you scrape it against something rough, but normal use has been totally fine. Overall the batch looked very consistent.

We ordered custom logo coffee mugs for our annual onboarding kits and these fit the vibe. The outside has that muted, matte look and the inside is bright white, so it photographs well too. The print came out crisp even with our thinner lines. They feel sturdy in hand without being clunky. Shipping cartons were packed tight and everything arrived intact.
