The order came in good shape, with no loose threads that I could find on the ones we unpacked. I like that the recycled fabric does not have a flimsy feel. The shoulder straps adjust quickly, so different people in our office could get a fit they liked. We went with a small chest-level logo placement, and it looks balanced when the bag is being worn.

I was looking for something useful for our conference staff, not another item that gets left on a table. This one held a tablet, paperwork, and a water bottle during the event. The front zipper pocket was handy for pens and name tags. We had our website printed below the mark, and the small letters were still readable. thx for making the process easy to follow.

The bags were handed out at our client meeting, and one person immediately asked where we got them. What I noticed first was how smoothly the main zipper runs, even when the bag is full. We chose a simple white wordmark, and the ink sits evenly on the front panel. It did not have that stiff, cracked feeling some printed bags have.
