The embroidery on our logo came out really tidy and the thread color is right where we wanted it. I like that the backpack doesn’t scream “promo,” it just looks like a normal everyday bag. The laptop area feels padded enough that I’m not babying it. Side pockets are actually usable, not just decorative.
