The engraving came out really clean and readable even on the small surface. It has a nice weight in hand, not toy-like. Packaging was neat and made it easy to hand out.

I’m picky about brand colors and the print came out surprisingly close to our PMS match. The tool feels sturdy in the hand and not bendy. The marker is easy to spot and doesn’t look like it’ll fall out. We had our reps hand them out during a course day and people actually pocketed them right away. Nice to see something get used immediately.

Honestly, I was worried our logo would be too detailed for something this small, but it came out readable. The finish looks even across the whole order, no random color differences. The tool opens easily but still feels tight. We used them for VIP client gifts and they didn’t feel like “leftover swag.” Shipping box was sturdy and everything arrived clean.
