Honestly surprised-in a good way! The bags look polished and the branding is straight across the batch. The zipper pulls feel sturdy and not cheap. The straps sit comfortably even with a fuller load. This is a solid corporate gift backpack option when you want something useful, not gimmicky.

So impressed! The first box I opened, everything looked uniform-no odd color shifts between bags. The straps adjust smoothly and don’t slip once you set them. I also noticed the lash tab detail right away; it makes the bag look like a retail item. We handed a few out internally and people started using them immediately.
