The bag feels well-balanced when it’s on your back, even with a laptop and a few folders. Our embroidery came out clean with no puckering around the stitches. I like that it can sit flat on a desk without slumping over. The zippers have a nice pull-easy with one hand.

The logo placement stayed centered across all the units we spot-checked. The front organizer pocket is deeper than it looks, so it actually holds chargers and a mouse.
