The foam feels soft but not flimsy, and it pops back into shape quickly. Our mark looks clean and readable from both sides. A couple pieces had tiny texture differences, but nothing that bothered us.

The packaging kept them from getting squished in transit, which I appreciated. Our logo is placed straight and the edges of the print are clean. The foam feels comfortable in your hand and doesn’t leave residue. We put a stack at reception and they disappeared over the week. The hat shape makes it easy to spot from across the counter.

The print quality surprised me on a curved stress item. We did a simple one-color logo and it came out clean with no fuzziness around the edges. The surface has a little handcrafted texture, which actually makes it feel less “cheap.” They don’t have that strong chemical smell some giveaways have. Great for handing out in a lobby without it feeling like junk.
