These showed up and immediately felt like something we’d actually use, not just give away. The logo is crisp and the surface doesn’t show fingerprints much. The pad has plenty of pages for meeting notes, and it’s easy to swap later. The pen slot is centered so it doesn’t bend the cover when you close it. We’ve been keeping one in each conference room.

We ordered these as conference folders with notepads and they worked great at check-in. People could tuck their schedules and receipts in the pocket and keep everything together. The logo is placed nicely and doesn’t get rubbed off when it’s in a bag. The pad is a normal size so attendees can keep using it afterward. Small detail, but the edges aren’t sharp so they don’t snag on other items.
