The packaging was tidy and nothing arrived scuffed, which saved us time before our event. The logo print is clean and consistent-no variation between pieces. I wore one loaded up for a commute and the shoulder straps didn’t bite. The mesh pocket holds a bottle securely without stretching out right away.

The Duralite/nylon fabric feels like it can take a beating in a trunk full of gear. Our embroidered logo came out tight and didn’t warp the fabric around it. I like that the phone pocket is separate so it’s not floating around with keys. The zipper track feels smooth and doesn’t snag when the bag is packed.
