The order came in and everything looked uniform-no scratches or mismatched prints. Our logo sits nicely on the body and looks like it was meant to be there. We used it to print small journal prompts and quick labels for storage bins. The sticker paper peels smoothly and sticks well. Support was responsive when we asked a question about the artwork file.

So fun to unbox! The logo placement is exactly where we asked for it and the print quality on the unit looks really polished. We ran a bunch of small prints back-to-back and it didn’t feel like it was struggling. The paper roll loaded easily, which matters when you’re handing these to non-technical folks. This ended up being a surprisingly useful desk gadget, not just a giveaway.
