The organizer pocket is actually useful-pens, badges, cables, all have a spot. Our logo print didn’t crack or look shiny, just a nice matte finish.

The faux leather base and trim make the bag look more “retail” than promo, which is what we wanted. Our embroidered mark came out with nice depth and no bunching around the stitches. The main compartments are roomy and the lining feels sturdy. I also noticed the zipper pulls feel substantial in hand. A couple of bags got immediately claimed by our sales folks.

The laptop sleeve is padded and the compartment layout makes sense for chargers, notebooks, and random adapters. It sits comfortably and doesn’t feel awkward when fully loaded. The bags arrived looking brand new, no dust or marks.
