Cotton handles have a nice elegant feel and look to them, the overall shape of the bag too makes it look upscale in my opinion. By no way would I guess that this is a wholesale reusable bag. Yes it is a little more expensive then a non woven material reusable bag buy you pay for what you get, a quality bag with some design to it. I suggest this bag if you need to wow clients or partners, it did that for us and my company.
