The customization came out sharp and the color is true to our brand guide. I was worried about inconsistency across a bulk run, but they look uniform laid out side by side. The blade has a smooth edge and opens envelopes without that annoying snag halfway through. We’re using them as desk drops for our sales team this month.

Nice surprise opening the box and seeing our branding look exactly like the proof. The metal has a good weight, and it doesn’t feel bendy at all. We tested it on a stack of mail and it slid through without shredding the envelope. This branded letter opener is going to live at reception permanently.
