I was worried an open-top tote would feel too floppy, but it holds its shape better than I expected. The recycled material has a smooth finish and doesn’t pick up lint easily. Our logo print is bold and the color match is close to our Pantone. A couple of bags had slight creases from shipping, but they relaxed after a day.
