The lanterns feel lightweight but not cheap, and they stand up straight on a table. Our logo didn’t look stretched or distorted, which was my biggest worry with the paper surface. The on/off and dimming control is straightforward. A couple of the boxes had a tiny scuff, but the products inside were perfect.

The gift box makes these feel like a real corporate gift, not a cheap promo. We did a single-color imprint and it came out solid with no pinholes. The top button works exactly as expected-press and hold to dim/brighten, quick taps to toggle. A few people tested the different height settings right away and it stayed stable on the table.

So cool! It’s one of those items people don’t expect, then they play with it for a minute. Our logo placement was spot on and the ink looks smooth, not raised or sticky. The lantern collapses down flat which made it easy for our reps to pack in their carry-ons (ground shipping worked fine for delivery). The instructions were short and clear.

illumates(tm) Rechargeable LED Collapsible Lantern is a novel and creative item that opens to a variety of heights making the lamp a unique, portable and functional device.
When closed, the lamp is a compact 0.75" high, when fully opened it is 8.25" high.
In between height levels are 3.5" and 6".
The lamp turns on when opened; you can also turn it on/off and adjust the brightness by pressing and holding the power button located on the top of the lamp.
Rechargeable 700mAh/3.7V battery.
Input: 5V; Output: 5V.
LED light 80 lumens; 2.5W max. Lantern must be charged prior to first use.
Packaged in white gift box with instructions and USB-A to Type-C charging cable.
