    The matte shell feels nice in the hand, not slippery or cheap. Our mark was placed low on the front, so it does not get covered while someone is using it.

    The rechargeable ice cream maker arrived well packed, with each one protected from scuffs. We charged a sample first and ran through the instructions before handing out the rest. It is nice not having to deal with disposable batteries. The button controls are simple enough that we didn't need to explain much. Our small icon on the front is easy to notice when it is sitting on a kitchen shelf.

We tried one at lunch with a coffee-flavored mix and were surprised how simple the process was. The storage cap is a smart add-on for anyone who doesn't finish theirs immediately. Ours have a small logo near the base, which gives people something to notice after they pick one up. Definitely more memorable than the usual snack table item.

    Big hit! We used these as an ice cream maker giveaway during a customer open house. Guests liked that it was something they could play with later instead of another item to toss in a bag.
