The first thing I noticed is how uniform the engraving is across the whole order. No weird variations, which has been an issue with other vendors for us. Twist action feels sturdy and the pen doesn’t feel top-heavy. A few folks in the office commented on the design and immediately pocketed theirs.

We needed a premium branded pen for client gifts and these nailed the look. The logo placement was exactly where we approved it in the proof, and the edges are crisp. The barrel has a nice feel-cool metal, but not slippery. The boxes made distribution easy for our reps who were traveling with them.
