The metal finish has a nice brushed texture and feels good in hand. Our logo placement was perfect and the engraving is sharp even on curved surfaces. I like that the ink doesn’t smear when signing forms quickly. The gift box is sturdy enough that it didn’t get crushed in our shipment. Small thing, but it makes a difference when you’re presenting to customers.

The first thing I noticed was how consistent the imprint looks across the whole set-no light spots or misalignment. I ran a quick scratch test on one (gently) and the mark held up. Writing feels smooth with the black ink, no hard starts. The silhouette is a little tapered and it just feels comfortable. The presentation box makes it easy to hand to clients as-is.
