So impressed! The bag feels sturdy the moment you pick it up, and it stands upright while you load it which is a small thing but makes a big difference. Our logo printed with sharp edges and the black came out deep, not grayish. I used the outer zip pocket right away for my pass and it stayed flat against the bag. The inside laptop section keeps everything from turning into a pile.
