The embroidery came out sharp and the thread color is a great match to our brand guide. I was worried the logo might get lost on the material, but it pops in a clean way. The front pocket is perfect for quick-grab stuff like keys and a badge. It also slides onto a rolling suitcase handle easily, which our sales team will appreciate. Everything arrived on time and looked uniform.

Everything about the order felt smooth-from proofing to delivery. The logo is centered and consistent, and the bags don’t have that strong warehouse smell some promos do. The laptop compartment is padded enough that I don’t worry tossing it in the car. The side pocket holds a bottle without stretching out. The inside organization is simple but actually usable.
