This was my first time ordering a custom branded Thule backpack and the process was smoother than expected. The proofing notes were followed closely, especially the spacing around our mark. The bag itself feels balanced when you wear it, not like it’s pulling backward. The soft-lined tablet pocket is a great touch for iPads. A few teammates immediately asked where we got them.
