The embroidery on our logo is tight and sharp, especially on the curved area of the pocket. I checked a handful from the carton and they were consistent, which is always the worry with bulk. Zippers feel smooth and the seams look straight. The padded back makes it comfortable for a short walk from parking to the office. Packaging was neat, nothing arrived crushed.

Really happy with how these landed. The stitching around the seams and straps looks solid, and the bag feels like it can take daily use. Our artwork included fine lines and they came through clearly. The U-shaped zipper opening makes packing and unpacking quick, especially for events. We distributed them across multiple offices and didn’t get any complaints about defects.

As a branded computer backpack for employees, this hit the mark. The 15-inch sleeve fits our standard issue laptops and keeps them from sliding around. The imprint is crisp and the edges are clean, even on smaller text. The zippers don’t feel cheap, which is usually the first thing that gives promos away. Also appreciated that the straps were comfortable right away, no breaking-in period.
