The first thing I noticed was how clean the barrel finish is-deep black and shiny without looking plasticky. Our logo engraving came out super crisp and the chrome shine makes it readable at a glance. The twist action feels solid, like it won’t loosen over time. We tested a handful and the ink started immediately on different paper types. Packaging was simple, but everything arrived in great shape.

We wanted a nicer pen for a trade show, not the usual flimsy ones. These custom engraved ballpoint pens looked great laid out with our brochures and cards. The chrome logo mark is clean and doesn’t have that “burned” look some engraving gets. The barrel details make it feel more upscale, and the writing is smooth. A few attendees commented that it felt expensive.

We ordered these as executive-style branded pens for onboarding kits. The logo placement was spot on and the shiny laser finish really stands out against the dark barrel. The twist mechanism is smooth and doesn’t feel gritty. I also like that the ink is a true black and not that grayish stuff. A couple of our managers pocketed theirs immediately.
