Nice surprise opening the case - everything was packed clean and nothing was scuffed. The branding is clear and the diffuser body doesn’t look cheap. Plugged one in at reception and it blends in.

The print on the front is super clean, no smudging or weird edges. I like that it plugs in neatly and doesn’t take up desk space. The Forest Rain scent is subtle but noticeable.

I like that there’s no bottle to knock over or oily residue to wipe up. We put one near our front desk and it made the area feel more welcoming. The refill was packed securely and didn’t leak.
