Honestly thrilled! The branding looks crisp and the white base makes our colors pop. No weird chemical smell when we opened the cartons. The handle is comfortable and the mug sits flat. We did a quick hand wash test and everything held up fine.

The mugs feel like something you’d actually keep on your desk, not a flimsy giveaway. Our two-color mark printed evenly with no patchy spots. A few people noticed the branding right away because it sits at a good eye level when you’re holding it. Even the inside glaze looks smooth.

We ordered these branded coffee mugs for our new hire kits and they look surprisingly polished. The ceramic finish is glossy without being slippery. Our logo didn’t distort around the curve, which was my biggest concern. They came packed tight and clean-no dust or scuffs. Heads up: we followed the “no microwave” note and added a little care card in the box.
