These shipped well and arrived without chips, which is always my worry with ceramic. The logo placement is consistent and the print doesn’t look grainy. They feel like a normal everyday mug, not too delicate. We added names on the opposite side and the text came out sharp.

The 12 oz mug with logo printing came out exactly like the proof. I like that the logo sits straight and doesn’t look tilted when the mug is on a table. The surface is easy to hand wash and doesn’t seem to hold onto coffee stains. The glaze is even, no little bumps or pinholes. Shipping was quicker than I expected for a branded run.

The custom ceramic mug order came in looking exactly like the mockup. Our design has thin lines and they printed without breaking up. The glaze finish is smooth and doesn’t pick up fingerprints too badly. A couple coworkers commented on how “real” they feel compared to typical promo items. We’re following the no-microwave note and it’s been fine for daily use.
