We needed an office coffee mug with bamboo base that didn’t look like typical conference swag, and this fits. The speckled finish + glossy glaze looks classy and our logo sits nicely on it. The ceramic feels sturdy and the handle is easy to grab when it’s hot. Packaging was neat and the mugs didn’t arrive dusty or marked up. They’ve been sitting out in our lobby and people keep picking them up to look at them.

These arrived looking exactly like the mockup, which is rare. The logo alignment is consistent from mug to mug, no random tilt. I like that the speckled body hides fingerprints better than plain white. We did have to remind folks they’re hand-wash only, but that’s fine for our office setup. They feel like a real gift, not just swag.

So happy with these! The bamboo base was packaged well and none arrived chipped or scratched. Our artwork lines stayed thin and readable, which was my biggest worry.
