The proof process was straightforward, and the final imprint followed the placement we asked for near the bottom. I appreciated getting a chance to check the spacing around the art first. When the shipment arrived, the marks all faced the same direction in the packaging. That made sorting them for our welcome kits much faster. thx for not making us sort through random mixed pieces.

We used black artwork with a little white space around it, and the contrast is easy to see from a few feet away. The size was right for our simple logo, not huge and not hard to find. I also liked that the handle folds into the shape without sticking out awkwardly. Our shipment arrived intact, including the extra pieces we ordered for the office. The first batch is being set aside for an upcoming training day.

tbh I like that there are different ways to drink from it depending on what I'm doing. The screw top also feels secure when it's closed.

The sip opening is a good size, not a tiny little opening that makes you tip the whole thing way back. I tried mine with iced tea first.
