Our order came in cleanly packed, with the straws grouped separately so they were easy to distribute. The first thing I noticed was how easy it is to tell the fill level through the upper section. The large opening made adding ice less annoying than usual. We kept a sample at the front desk and visitors have been using it while they wait. It feels like a useful giveaway rather than something that gets tucked in a drawer.

I filled one with cold water after unboxing it and it was comfortable to hold on the walk outside. The lower grip area helps when your hands are a little damp. It is a simple thing, but I wasn't worried about it slipping while carrying a laptop bag. The item is lighter than it looks. We've been telling everyone to hand wash them, which is easy enough.

Our design includes a small line of text under the main name, and I can still read it without squinting. That was honestly a pleasant surprise. The larger mark did not overpower the whole side either. We kept the rest of the layout simple and it paid off. They look good lined up on the shelf in our break room.
