Set up was easy-proof came back quickly and matched what we uploaded. When the boxes arrived, the umbrellas were all consistent, no random off-center logos. The canopy fabric feels nicer than the usual promo stuff. I also like that it closes manually because it feels more controlled and less likely to pinch. People grabbed the matching sleeves immediately, which helped keep our lobby clean.

The print quality is the standout for me. We had a simple mark with fine lines and it didn’t fill in or blur. The handle is comfy and doesn’t get slippery, even after a few minutes in the rain. A couple umbrellas got used right away during a site walk and they still look new. This is a solid branded golf umbrella for client gifts.
