Set up was easy-proof came back quickly and matched what we uploaded. When the boxes arrived, the umbrellas were all consistent, no random off-center logos. The canopy fabric feels nicer than the usual promo stuff. I also like that it closes manually because it feels more controlled and less likely to pinch. People grabbed the matching sleeves immediately, which helped keep our lobby clean.
