We went with embroidery and it came out really clean-no loose threads and the edges are tight. The backpack itself feels sturdy, but still lightweight enough to carry around all day. The laptop compartment fits most 15" laptops like advertised and the padding is just right. I like the side bottle holder being fabric instead of mesh; it looks more professional. The packaging was neat and none of the bags were wrinkled.

The pocket layout is honestly the best part for me. There’s a spot for pens, a little mesh pocket, and the front zip area is easy to grab things from without digging. Our branding came out clean and didn’t distort over seams. I tossed my laptop in the sleeve and it sits snug without feeling tight. The straps have enough padding that it doesn’t feel flimsy.

The color combo is really tasteful, especially the mushroom zipper detail. Our logo showed up clearly without needing to oversize it, which was a win for our design team. The straps adjust easily and don’t slide around once set. I also appreciate the front hooded pocket-it hides the zipper a bit and looks cleaner. No defects in the batch we received.
