The shoulder strap adjusts easily and doesn’t dig in. Our logo looks clean on the fabric and didn’t get that weird shiny look some prints do.

We ordered personalized cooler bags for a customer appreciation drop and they came out looking sharp. The artwork was placed consistently and the colors popped without looking neon. The strap adjusts quickly and sits comfortably on the shoulder. People noticed the pocket setup right away and started using the front one for napkins and utensils. Packaging was tidy and none of the bags were crushed.

The size is exactly what we needed for a daily lunch, plus a couple snacks. We did a full-color logo and the details in the small text are still readable. I like the 3-sided zip because you can open it like a little box instead of digging around. No weird chemical smell when we opened the cartons.

The strap length is generous and the stitching around the attachment points looks reinforced. We put our logo on the front and it came out crisp with clean edges. The bag holds its shape when it’s full, so it doesn’t flop over in the fridge. Someone spilled a little sauce inside and it wiped out without staining. The side pocket is great for a small water bottle or hand sanitizer.

Seriously great looking batch! The print is aligned consistently across the whole order, which I was nervous about. The inside lining feels like it’ll hold up to daily use and quick wipe-downs. We tossed in ice packs and it didn’t get soggy on the outside. The wide opening is clutch when you’re trying to grab something fast.
