The bags showed up exactly like the proof-no surprises. Material feels durable and the seams are clean, especially around the handle where these usually get stressed. Our logo is straight and readable even when the bag is fully loaded. The front organizer pocket has enough little sections to keep stuff from turning into a junk drawer. People at the office keep asking for extras, which is always a good sign.

The print on our bags is spot on-color match is really close to our Pantone, which we’re picky about. I tested the zippers a bunch and they glide without catching. The front vertical pockets are great for quick-grab stuff when you’re walking through an airport. The recycled fabric has a nice texture and doesn’t look “recycled” in a cheap way. Our reps keep leaving them by their desks because they’re using them daily.

We did a small run as employee welcome gifts and they look very “real” and not like cheap swag. The logo placement is straight and the stitching is tidy. The bag stands up well when you set it down.

The embroidery on our logo looks premium and the thread color is consistent across the batch. Straps feel comfortable and the back panel has enough padding that it doesn’t feel like a flat board. The vertical zipper pockets up front are more useful than I thought-great for parking passes and a phone. We handed these out at a new hire orientation and they looked really polished in photos. No loose seams that I can find.
