These showed up looking exactly like the proof, which is always a relief. The straw flips up smoothly and clicks down neatly so it’s not flopping around. Our brand color is pretty specific and it came out close enough that our marketing lead didn’t nitpick it. The mug feels sturdy and the lid doesn’t slosh when you walk with it. It also doesn’t squeak or rattle, which sounds minor but drives me nuts with drinkware.

So good! The first thing I noticed was how smooth the coating feels, like a higher-end tumbler. Our logo is crisp and the edges are clean, even on small text. The flip-straw is easy to drink from and doesn’t feel cheap. I also like the little cap over the nozzle-nice for keeping it from getting gross in the office. The lid threads line up quickly, no cross-threading drama.
