The glaze inside is glossy and makes the mug feel easy to keep clean. Our logo has a small tagline under it, and it stayed readable-no muddiness. The cork base is smooth and doesn’t leave marks on desks. We had a tight deadline and the order showed up when they said it would. Everything looked consistent across the full run.
