So good! The moment we opened the box, the mugs looked like boutique retail, not promo. Our logo is sharp and the placement is consistent from mug to mug. The matte exterior feels smooth and the cork bottom gives it a warm, natural look. We added a little insert card about hand-washing and that’s been enough to set expectations.

The first thing I noticed was how uniform they look across the whole batch. No odd color variation, no crooked prints. The cork bottom is neatly finished and the transition to the ceramic looks clean. We used a simple one-color mark and it came out bold and readable. They feel like a solid branded giveaway mug for clients, the kind that stays in rotation. Our team started swapping theirs around to grab their favorite color.

We handed these out during an internal training week and people immediately started using them at their desks. The branding reads clearly from a distance, which was important for us. I also like that the inside has a glossy finish-easy to rinse and it looks clean. The cork base keeps the clink noise down when setting it on a table. These branded coffee mugs for office gifts ended up looking nicer than the mockup. The ink coverage is even and there’s no weird texture where the logo sits. The cork base is attached cleanly and doesn’t look like an afterthought. We’re reminding folks not to microwave them, but that hasn’t been a problem. They feel like something you’d buy for yourself.
