Loved the wide opening-no digging around for cables and notebooks. The front pocket is actually useful and keeps the small stuff from disappearing. Our logo looks sharp and centered.

We ordered promotional duffel bags with logo for a partner event and they felt like a real gift, not a giveaway. The printing came out sharp and the color didn’t shift from the proof. The bag is light to carry but still feels sturdy when you grab it by the handles. I like that you can open the zipper wide and actually see everything inside. People were using them as carry-ons right away.

The print quality is the first thing I noticed-solid fill, no patchiness, and it reads clean even on the darker bag color. The bag itself has a nice structured feel when it’s half full. The strap hardware feels dependable, not like it’ll snap the first time someone loads it up. The zipper opening is wide enough that you can actually see what’s inside. We had a few different logo files and the team handled them without drama.

The artwork proofing was painless and the turnaround was faster than I expected. Every bag in the box had consistent logo placement, which is not always the case with bulk orders. The fabric feels light but not delicate, and the stitching looks straight. I tested the zipper a bunch of times and it hasn’t caught once. The bags look clean even after being tossed in the car a few times.
