The print quality is the first thing I noticed-solid fill, no patchiness, and it reads clean even on the darker bag color. The bag itself has a nice structured feel when it’s half full. The strap hardware feels dependable, not like it’ll snap the first time someone loads it up. The zipper opening is wide enough that you can actually see what’s inside. We had a few different logo files and the team handled them without drama.
