The top handle is sturdy enough to use when pulling the bag out from under a conference table. I have also used the luggage-style grab point when moving between rooms. The zippers track smoothly and have not caught on the lining. We chose these as commuter backpacks for a mixed group, and they don't feel too sporty or too formal. The order arrived with no odd color variations between pieces.

We have been using the first batch for a few weeks now. The logo has not scuffed off where people handle the bag, including near the front area. That was a concern because these are being used daily, not just put on a shelf. The fabric has picked up very little lint, which is nice with our lighter artwork. Our proof approval process was simple too.

I like that the material is recycled, but it still feels substantial. The ripstop texture gives it a little more character than a plain smooth bag. We did not add a big logo, just a small mark near the lower front, and it looks right at home there. The adjustable straps were easy to set up for different people. Overall it has been an easy item to distribute.
