We ordered these for an off-site trip and they were easy to pack with the rest of our materials. The main compartment opens wide enough that I could find my passport pouch and cables without unloading everything. Our small logo on the front corner was readable but not loud. They also held their shape after being packed in a carton for delivery. That was a relief since we needed them the next morning.

The shoulder straps make a bigger difference than I expected. I carried a laptop, folders, and a light jacket for most of the day, and it stayed comfortable. Nothing rubbed at the neck area. The back doesn't feel overly stiff either. It is the kind of bag that works for the train, car, or walking between buildings.
