Really nice first impression on the stitching and materials. The waist strap being removable is a small thing but it makes it easier for different body types. Our logo placement is perfect.

We ordered custom logo hydration backpacks for a summer field training day. They were comfortable for a few hours outside and didn’t get sweaty against the back as quickly as our old ones. The branding came out clean and didn’t distort over seams. People liked the side pockets for phones and small radios. The removable waist belt was handy for the folks who didn’t want it.

Super comfortable on the back, even when loaded up for a half-day outing. Our logo print looks sharp and didn’t crack or wrinkle from being packed in the shipping box.

The print quality is sharp and the edges on our mark are clean, even on curved sections of the pack. The reservoir connection feels secure and I didn’t see any drips when we tested a couple. The exterior pocket is bigger than it looks in photos, which was a nice surprise. Everything arrived on schedule and the cartons were labeled clearly for counting. These feel like something you’d buy at a retail store.
