Genuinely excited when I opened the first box! The packs look sleek and our logo sits perfectly without overpowering the design. We handed a few to our sales team and they immediately started using them for travel days. The straps and padding feel comfortable, not stiff. Nice little details like the pole attachment make it feel thought-through.

The back panel is noticeably breathable compared to other packs we’ve handed out before. Our branding looks clean and doesn’t have that glossy “promo” look. I also appreciate the side cargo pockets-fits small tech and a snack without digging. The waist belt being removable made it easier for us to hand these out to a mixed group.
