The packaging was neat and the hats arrived looking ready to hand out. No weird creases on the front where the logo is, which was my main worry.

Wow! The first thing I noticed was how even the stitching is on the panels. Our embroidered logo came out crisp and the letters are easy to read. The hats keep their shape when you set them on a table, which makes the display look tidy. Also appreciate that the backs don’t feel scratchy on the neck.

The caps arrived on time and the box was packed so the fronts weren’t crushed. We used a small left-front logo and it still stands out because the stitching is tight. The snap tab doesn’t dig in, even when worn for a few hours. Nice that the mesh color matches the front fabric instead of looking mismatched.
