The color we picked is consistent across the whole order, no odd shade differences. Print came out solid with clean edges, even on small text.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the embroidery is-no loose threads and the edges are sharp. We used a two-color logo and both shades came out accurate. The caps feel lightweight, which is great for our drivers. The hook-and-loop closure is strong and doesn’t slip after a few adjustments. A couple of people asked where we got them because they look more premium than the usual promo stuff.

We went with a simple one-color mark and the print is super even across the whole run. The twill fabric has a smooth feel and doesn’t look fuzzy. I tested the strap a bunch of times and it stays put without feeling sticky. These are solid custom logo baseball caps for events where you want people to actually wear the item. Also, no weird chemical smell out of the box.
