Honestly impressed! The stitching and hardware feel like name-brand quality, and the branding looks like it belongs there. We used these as employee appreciation gifts and people started using them the next day. The laptop area feels well protected without adding a ton of bulk. The front pocket is great for small electronics and keeps them from getting scratched. Even the zipper pulls have a nice finish.
